How does equilibrium apply to you? Is your state of equilibrium purely mental, emotional, spiritual, or physical? Or do all of them interact? Do you find an state of equilibrium unattainable? Or–as physics sometimes puts it–do you find your state to be far from equilibrium?

And then, if you find yourself in a state of equilibrium, is it static or dynamic? Will it continue with no effort on your part, or must you act to maintain it? And if you lose it, will you seek to recover it?
