Artist's Description
"Between two worlds life hovers like a star, twixt night and morn, upon the horizons verge." -- Lord Byron (1788-1824), English poet.
Throughout history, the five-pointed star has stood for excellence and spiritual ideals. Hidden within the proportions of the five-pointed star are the Golden Mean and the principles of biological growth and form. This new series of star designs is based on hand-made kirigami (hand-folded-&-cut paper) designs that have been scanned and colorized digitally.
